Biographical Information
"Dr. Nobumasa Kemori has been the President, Managing Executive Officer and General Manager of Non-Ferrous Metals Division at Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd., since June 29, 2006. Dr. Kemori has worked for Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd., since September 1980. He also served as Executive Officer and Deputy General Manager of Non-Ferrous Metals Division. Since joining Sumitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd., he has held positions of increasing responsibility in its Non-Ferrous Metals Business, including as Manager of Smelting Section of Toyo Copper Smelter & Refinery and General Manager at Niihama Nickel Refinery. He has been a Director of Sumito Metal Mining Co., Ltd., since June 29, 2006. He serves as a Commissioner of International Nickel Indonesia tbk PT. Dr. Kemori obtained his D. E. Metallurgy from Osaka University in 1980."[1]
