Biographical Information

"Armed with a degree in English and Drama she decided to embark on a career in Advertising in 1992. By 2003, she had risen to become a board director at BBH, before leaving for Grey London where she was promoted to Deputy Chairman in 2004. In 2008 she joined Karmarama as Partner and Chairman.

"Campaign name her as their Top UK Business Development Director, and in the 2005 issue of Management Today she was listed in The Top 35 Women under 35. Not to mention, her most important role as Mum to Gabi, Dani, Sam and Zac.

"Nicola is incoming President of the IPA, Director of The Fragrance Foundation and Board Member of Cosmetic Executive Women. She is chair of the Corporate Board of Women's Aid and is a former president of" Women in Advertising and Communications. [1]

"Nicola Mendelsohn has been appointed Industry Chair of the Creative Industries Council, a body set up to lead engagement between Government and the creative industries. The Council is also co-chaired by Business Secretary Vince Cable and Culture Secretary Maria Miller." [1]

She is married to Jon Mendelsohn.
