The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) is the research and development agency of the U.S. Department of Justice. The National Law Enforcement and Corrections Technology Center NLECTC is a program of NIJ's Office of Science and Technology. The NIJ is located at the Sandia National Laboratories (SNL).
