Nabeel Abraham "teaches anthropology and is director of the Honors Program at Henry Ford Community College in Dearborn, Michigan.

"He was a regular columnist for the media criticism magazine Lies of Our Times (until it ceased publication). He is an expert on media criticism, and the way Arabs or Palestinians issues are portrayed in the main American media.

"He is author of: Arab Detroit: From Margin to Mainstream; Edited by Nabeel Abraham and Andrew Shryock, 2000. Abraham is also the author of short stories compiled here: Pauline Kaldas and Khaled Mattawa (editors) Dinarzad's Children: The first anthology to focus exclusively on short fiction by Arab Americans.
