"Ms. Moutushi Sengupta is the Country Director for the MacArthur Foundation’s India Office. Prior to joining MacArthur, she was Director – Programmes and Advocacy for Oxfam India. Ms. Sengupta has worked with the Department for International Development (DFID) in India for over 15 years on a diverse portfolio of programs and projects across the country. She held the position of visiting faculty at the Symbiosis Institute of International Business, teaching post-graduate course on financial services for the rural poor. " [1]
