Biography
Morton Lippman M.D. worked for the New York University Medical Center in New York, NY in 1994. Lippman headed a panel of nine independent scientists in 1993 which upheld the validity of the studies used by EPA in labeling secondhand smoke a carcinogen (DJ 7/1/94).
