"Dr. Rosenthal led Phoenix House as President and CEO from 1967 to 2007, an organization with more than 150 programs in ten states, serving 7,000 program participants each day. During those four decades, he built Phoenix House by expanding government contract support, increasing third-party revenues, developing a robust fundraising capacity and instituting new management systems. He continues to work on clinical programming and remains a chief spokesman for the organization and is a leading advocate for the field as head of the Rosenthal Center for Clinical and Policy Studies...
