"Mitchell S. Muncy is the publisher of The New Atlantis.

"He is principal at Prospera LLC, which advises mission-driven organizations and philanthropists. Before founding Prospera, he was executive director of Humanum; founding executive director of the Alexander Hamilton Society; chief operating officer of the Institute for American Values; and executive vice president of Spence Publishing Company, where he founded and directed its communications division, Spence Media.

"A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Dallas, he has been a Lincoln Fellow at the Claremont Institute, an Earhart Fellow at the University of Dallas, and a Wilbur Fellow at the Russell Kirk Center. He serves on the board of visitors of The Fund for American Studies’ international programs and previously served on the board of directors and executive committee of the Independent Book Publishers Association."
