Biographical Information
"Mike brings 22 years of diverse training, leadership, and organizational development, and his deep appreciation of the GTD® methodology, to his new role as CEO of the David Allen Company. He has developed and motivated organizational talent in his work with both small public and private firms and large industry leaders.
"As a Senior Business Leader for GE Healthcare, Mike was responsible for creating and executing the strategic plan and vision for the GE Healthcare education market. He earned the GE Healthcare Hero Award for leading the team responsible for orchestrating the extremely successful integration of two service organizations, with distinct corporate cultures. His team utilized GTD planning and execution models to achieve integration and realignment in 60 days.
"In his role as Senior Director of Growth Services, Mike consistently met strategic goals and increased revenue by creating and supporting new GE Healthcare educational service products. He was responsible for increasing both employee and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
"As a member of the Organizational Development and Imagecast Executive teams, Mike was instrumental in the successful management of the high growth organization, IDX Systems Corporation. Along with his P & L and business development responsibilities Mike led employee recruitment, training, retention and engagement efforts, resulting in the addition of 200 new employees. He also designed and implemented operation processes to manage the post-sale transition of a key division of IDX to Allscripts.
