In 2003 he was appointed Managing Director of Churchill Insurance, where he successfully developed the business and significantly enhanced recognition of the brand. During two years as a Managing Director at Zurich Financial Services, he oversaw the successful launch of the Zurich Connect brand and helped establish the Direct Insurance business in five countries.
