Mike Jungbauer is a Republican state senator in Minnesota and has worked for many years as a waste water treatment designer. He graduated with a degree in Bible Studies from Moody Bible Institute and is currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Policy from Metropolitan State University. Jungbauer is a climate change skeptic and spoke at the International Conference on Climate Change (2009) hosted by the conservative think tank, the Heartland Institute. [1]
