Mike Jeffries

Biographical Information

Mike Jeffries was appointed as Senior Independent Director of Mouchel "on 1 May 2013 and assumed the role of Chairman on 1 March 2014. Mike has spent the majority of his career with WS Atkins plc and was the Group Chief Executive and then Chairman for 10 years. Mike is currently the Chairman of Priory Group, the mental healthcare provider, Civica and telecoms provider, Wyless plc. He has previously been Chairman of car parking company, NCP, Wembley National Stadium Ltd and VT Group, the shipbuilding and support services organisation acquired by Babcock in 2011. He was also the Senior Independent Director on the board of De La Rue. He is a governor of the RNLI.
