Biographical Information
"Mike joined BSkyB in 1998 as Head of Strategic Planning before becoming Group Director of Strategy and then Chief Operating Officer. He sits on the boards of two channel joint ventures - National Geographic Channel (outside the USA) and Nickelodeon UK - and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Royal Television Society. Mike joined Home Retail Group in April 2010 and was appointed Senior Independent Director in July 2012." [1]
