Michelle Odayan "is a legal professional and brings specialised experience in labour law and organisational development practise to a cross-sectoral range of civil society organisations. She is also practises as a mediator and arbitrator with the Independent Mediation Service in South Africa, IMSSA, having gained broad- based conflict resolution skills with ACCORD. More recently she has developed her knowledge and skills around OD practice with Olive, OD & T. She presently consults to the Department of Justice on court management issues and is in the process of piloting a ground breaking project that will result in the institutionalised function of a court manager for the Durban region. In addition to her professional roles she has worked formally and informally with a number of human rights NGOs and contributes significantly to unravelling the dynamics of organsiations going through the different stages of change. Her philosphy is based on ‘whole people for whole organisations’." [1]
