Michel Roy
"Diplomat and journalist, Michel Roy was the president of Quebec’s Press Board from 1997 to 2004. He was Canada’s ambassador to Tunisia and Libya from 1993 to 1997 and during that period he also undertook several missions in Algeria. Throughout his career he has occupied a number of journalistic posts, including the head of the daily newspapers Le Devoir and Le Presse." [1]
