"Michael Lynas was appointed CEO of NCS Trust in January 2014, after joining NCS as Director of Strategy in February 2013. Michael joined NCS from No.10 where he was a Senior Civil Servant in the Policy Unit. In addition to his central role in establishing NCS, his main work was on civil society, culture and philanthropy. Michael has previously worked as a strategy consultant for Bain & Co. He has an MA in politics from Cambridge University, and a Masters in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard."[1]
