Biographical Information

"Mike was appointed as a Non-Executive Director in September 2012. A Business Director with over 40 years' experience in the private sector mainly in manufacturing. He has held senior management positions including CEO, Managing Director and Board Member with companies operating in Europe and North America. Mike is an experienced Director with a successful record in business improvement and transformation both in the volume and specialist vehicle sectors. He has delivered profitable transformation programmes through business restructuring, and more recently Management Buy Out and Venture Capital backed initiatives. Mike likes to focus on business planning and strategy."
