Biographical Information
"Michael is a Partner of OC&C Strategy Consultants, a global strategy consulting firm with 15 offices worldwide, and served as Worldwide Managing Partner of the firm from 2005 to 2011. He is an advisor to the boards of leading retail and consumer companies in Europe, the USA and Asia. He is a regular commentator on the retail industry, the co-author of a number of books including "Retail Power Plays" and a guest lecturer at INSEAD Business School. He is also the Chairman of Duchy Originals and of The Prince's Social Enterprises." [1]
