Biographical Details
"Mr. Monteleone is a Managing Partner of Point Lookout Capital Partners where he oversees prospective investments, negotiates and executes transactions, and manages portfolio company and limited partner relationships. Mr. Monteleone is a member of the firm's Investment Committee. Prior to founding Point Lookout Capital Partners, he was a Managing Director for Harbourton Enterprises, a New York-based investment company, where he was responsible for the firm's private equity investments.
"Prior to Harbourton Enterprises, Mr. Monteleone was a founding partner of First Dominion Capital, a New York-based merchant banking and asset management business that specialized in providing capital to leveraged, non-investment grade, middle market companies. Since its inception in 1997 until its sale to Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette Inc. in 2000, First Dominion Capital provided over $600 million in capital to a variety of businesses and had originated collateralized debt obligations totaling approximately $2.5 billion. Prior to First Dominion Capital, he worked for the New York-based Indosuez Capital, the merchant banking arm of Credit Agricole Indosuez.
"Mr. Monteleone currently serves on the boards of Combined Systems Inc, Tri-Tech Forensics, F.N.B. Capital Corporation (Advisory Board) and Hands Together (Trustee). Mr. Monteleone received a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College and an MBA from Columbia Business School." [1]
