Mia de Kuijper "is the CEO of the strategy advisory firm de Kuijper Global Partners, the co-dean of the Duisenberg School of Finance in The Netherlands, and a fellow of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.

"In a 20-plus-year career she has not only dispensed advice, she has also built and managed companies, working extensively in Asia, Europe, and Latin America, as well as in the US. Mia has held corporate and senior management positions at Royal Dutch Shell, PepsiCo, and AT&T. In her investment banking career, as a senior managing director at Bear Stearns, and at Credit Suisse First Boston and Morgan Stanley, she focused on advising major corporations and private equity investors regarding mergers and acquisitions and financial strategy. She has also been a strategy consultant at Bain & Co. and is a founding network member of Global Business Network, now part of the Monitor Group.

"Mia serves on the Alumni Council of the Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and is a board member of the Diller-Quaile School of Music in New York City. She is founder of Mehr-un-Nissa, a luxury goods company that aims to preserve traditional craftsmanship in Bangladesh, and that has been selected for exhibitions at leading museums, including the American Museum in Natural History in New York.
