Biographical Information
Melanie Gee was appointed a Weir Group "non-executive director in April 2011. Melanie was appointed a Managing Director of Lazard & Co. Limited in 2008. Formerly, she spent a number of years with S.G. Warburg (now part of UBS) and was appointed a Managing Director of UBS in 1999. Between 2006 and 2008 she was a Senior Relationship Director of UBS. Melanie has been an alternate member of The Takeover Panel – LIBA (CFC) since 2006." [1]
