Biography

"Max has worked in the care sector since 1996, building a career’s worth of knowledge and expertise in home care. Max has worked with City & County since its formation, focusing on developing innovative practices, procedures in line with government and regulatory policy. Max’s policy development work is informed by his hands-on experience as a care worker and the several years he spent managing the delivery of home care services in branches across the South East. Max holds a First Class degree in Law as well as a post-Graduate diploma in Quality Assurance. As a recognised authority on home care, Max is a Board Member of the UK Home Care Association and a member of the NICE Home Care Guidance Development Group, both of which seek to improve standards and drive innovation across the care industry."
