Patricia Maureen White "is an active national and international human rights advocate. She serves as a US Government Representative to UNICEF and as the Chairman of the Leadership Council on Children Affected by Armed Conflict. She also sits on the Boards of Human Rights Watch and the International Rescue Committee. Prior to beginning her career in human rights work, Maureen worked as an international investment strategist as a partner at Clay-Finlay. Maureen and her husband, Steve Rattner, have four children.“ [1]
