Biographical Information
"Since I stepped down from Barnardo's in early 2011 and alongside part time employment as a Board Member of the Advertising Standards Authority I have been commissioned by The Times to write a major report on adoption which was published as a special supplement in July. Simultaneously, and with the support of the Prime Minister, Michael Gove and Children's Minister Tim Loughton have asked me to take on the part time role of Ministerial Advisor on Adoption."[1]
