Martin Colman, in 1985 he was a director of the US Institute of Peace, a Democrat, and was "is in the retail fashion business in Beverly Hills" and served as "Chairman of the Human Rights and Security Committee, which sponsored and secured passage of "Proposition A" in Los Angeles County in June of 1984."
