Marlin L. 'Buzz' Hefti
Marlin L. 'Buzz' Hefti "joined Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc. (VSA) as Vice President in 2002 after service as Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Legislative Affairs in the George W.
