Biographical Information

"Mark is a Managing Director of Convertible Bonds at Sterne Agee. Prior to joining Sterne Agee, Mark was a founder and managing partner of KKS Securities, a boutique Wall Street firm focusing on debt solutions for companies and investors. Mark also worked as a Managing Director at Thomas Weisel Partners for eight years, a publicly traded Wall Street Investment firm, focusing on mid-cap growth companies. Mark graduated from Golden Gate University with a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Economics and Finance. Mark’s real passion is Biodynamic and organic farming and he has been assisting Demeter, Stellar and their affiliates for several years. Mark’s brother and sister-in-law own Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden, a Demeter-certified Biodynamic vineyard and farm in Southern Oregon. Mark enjoys spending time with his two children, Sara and Caroline."
