Mark Shank
"Mark Shank is a partner with the law firm Diamond McCarthy LLP. Practicing law since September 1979, Shank is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law, Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is also an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. He represents clients in a variety of labor, employment (advice and litigation), business and litigation matters, as well as investigations. He also has experience with disputes involving covenants not to compete, confidentiality, trade secret, disputes involving or among boards of directors and investigations. He routinely represents companies and executives in disputes and transactions involving executive compensation and related issues. Mr. Shank currently serves as legal counsel to U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions.
