Mark Schmitt "is senior fellow at the New America Foundation. Prior to this post, Mark Schmitt served as Director of Policy and Research for U.S. Programs at the Open Society Institute. Prior to this position, he ran OSI's funding program on political reform and state policy. Before coming to OSI in 1997 as a Program Development Fellow, Schmitt served as Director of Policy for Senator Bill Bradley.“ [1]
