"Mark Rollins joined Ukrnafta as the Chairman of the Executive Board in September 2015. He has over 25 years of work experience in the oil and gas industry, having worked for several global energy companies.

"Mr Rollins started his career with Shell, where in the early 1990’s he engaged in business development and worked primarily on projects in the former Soviet Union, including the Sakhalin II project in eastern Russia and several ventures in the North Caspian. Starting from 1996 he held key commercial and strategy positions in both the upstream and downstream sectors with Clyde Petroleum of the UK, and the integrated major oil and gas company ARCO, based in the United States. After the merger of ARCO with BP in 2000, he moved to the deregulated gas and power sector for a number of years working to restructure the business of Nuon, one of the major utilities in the Netherlands. Mr Rollins was also Chief Executive and board member of a private equity-backed exploration and production company with operations in South America from 2004 to 2008. In 2008 Mark Rollins joined BG Group as Senior Vice President for Growth in Europe and Central Asia, responsible for the company’s commercial and business development activities in the region. In 2010 he became Senior Vice President of BG Group for Central Asia, and managed BG Group’s main operations in the region from the main office in Astana. Following this he returned to the BG Group head office in the UK as part of the senior leadership of the global upstream organization.

"On July 22, 2015, at the meeting of Ukrnafta’s shareholders, Mark Rollins was elected to be its new Chairman of the Executive Board. He assumed the office on September 29. Mark was awarded a DPhil in Engineering Science by Oxford University in 1989 and a MA in Mathematics by Cambridge University in 1985. Mr Rollins is a UK citizen, married and has three children." [1]
