Mark Owens

Mark Owens, President of Owens OnLine, Inc., "co-authored state sponsored versions of the export incentive FSC (Foreign Sales Corporation) programs for the Florida and North Carolina Departments of Commerce. The FSC program have been considered to be among the most successful in the country. Mr. Owens has spoken at export seminars for Federal Express, the National Association of State Development Agencies (NASDA), The Industrial Diamond Association, the Florida and North Carolina Departments of Commerce, among many others.
