Biographical Information
Mark Armour joined the board of SABMiller "in 2010. He is a non-executive director of the Financial Reporting Council. He was Chief Financial Officer of Reed Elsevier Group plc and of its two parent companies, Reed Elsevier PLC and Reed Elsevier NV, from 1996 to 2012. Prior to joining Reed Elsevier in 1995 he was a partner in the London office of Price Waterhouse. From 2002 until 2004, he was Chairman of The Hundred Group of Finance Directors." [1]
