Biographical Details

Mario Lugay, Associate Program Officer for the Mitchell Kapor Foundation "was the first Program Director at the Funders' Committee for Civic Participation. He built significant experience in organizing as the National Coordinator of Racial Justice 911 and through CAAAV Organizing Asian Communities. He also served on the Community Funding Board of the North Star Fund in NYC. A native New Yorker, Mario earned a BA in political science from Columbia University." [1]
