His experience conducting antiterrorism, threat, risk and vulnerability assessments (TRVAs) includes work for the National Institutes of Health, the Department of Defense, universities, and major airports and airlines. Mr. Monsalve developed and helped deploy security and antiterrorism plans for healthcare and bio-research facilities, airports such as Miami International Airport, Fort Lauderdale Airport, and Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport, and was the lead security analyst in the TRVA and mitigation plan deployment for the United Nations Conference on the Law of the Sea. Mr. Monsalve is also a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager." [2]
