Marc Z. Edell was the Plaintiff's attorney who tried the Rose Defrancesco Cipollone case. He worked for Budd Larner Gross Picillo Rosenbaum Greenberg & Sade in Short Hills, West Orange, NJ. He represented Susan Haines in a wrongful death suit (Jenkins, p. 143).
