Marc Tessier-Lavigne
Marc Tessier-Lavigne, PhD, has been a Director of Regeneron "since November 2011. Dr. Tessier-Lavigne was appointed as the President of Stanford University in September 2016. From March 2011 to August 2016, he served as the President of The Rockefeller University. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Genentech, Inc., which he joined in 2003. He was a professor at Stanford and at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Tessier-Lavigne, a leader in the field of brain development, is a member of the National Academy of Sciences and its Institute of Medicine and a fellow of the Royal Societies of the United Kingdom and Canada. Dr. Tessier-Lavigne is a member of the Board of Directors of Denali Therapeutics Inc., and previously served on the board of directors of Pfizer Inc., Agios Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Juno Therapeutics, Inc."
