Marc Caplan
"Former Executive Director of Northeast Action from 1995-1999. He was the Director of LEAP, (Legislative founder Electoral Action Program) from 1980-1986 and was the Executive Director of the Connecticut Citizen Action Group from 1978-1980. Marc is a consultant for progressive organizations and foundations. For 25 years he directed progressive organizations in Connecticut and the Northeast. He has extensive experience in building political coalitions and running numerous legislative and statewide political campaigns.“ [1]
