Bruner has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Denver-based Gasco Energy, Inc. [1] and as a member of Gasco's Executive Committee since February 2001. "From November 2004 until April 1, 2005, Mr. Bruner served as Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Mako Energy Corporation ("Mako"). Mako merged with Falcon Oil and Gas Ltd. ("Falcon") on April 1, 2005 at which time Mr. Bruner became the Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Falcon. Falcon is listed on the Toronto Venture Exchange. From November 2002 until present Mr. Bruner has served as a strategic consultant of Galaxy Energy Corporation, a publicly traded natural gas and coalbed methane exploration and development company. From January 1996 to January 1999, Mr. Bruner was founding Chairman of the Board of Ultra Petroleum Corporation, an American Stock Exchange listed natural gas company. Ultra's business is focused on tight sand development in the Green River Basin of Wyoming. In late 1997, Mr. Bruner co-founded Pennaco Energy, Inc., a coal bed methane company [which was acquired by Marathon Oil (NYSE: MRO) in 2001.] In 1996, Mr. Bruner co-founded RIS Resources International, a natural gas company, and served as a Director until late 1997."
