Biographical Information
Appointed non-executive Chairman of Bovis Homes Group "in 2008, Malcolm was previously Chief Executive from 1996 to 2008 and was first appointed to the Board of Bovis Homes in 1978.
"He is a non-executive director of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) and was previously a director of the National House Building Council (NHBC)."[1]
