Biographical Information
"Malcolm has been involved with international aid and development for his whole career. He was an integral staff member at Oxfam for 18 years, working in London, Oxford and Africa and then for 23 years he was Director of the United Nations Association in the UK. Malcolm is currently active with several NGOs as a trustee, including Action on Armed Violence (formerly Landmine Action)."[1]
