Biographical Information

"Malcolm is a qualified accountant who has worked in both the public and private sectors. His last executive post was as group finance director to the holding group of Yorkshire Water. He has extensive experience of evaluating capital spending proposals and has the executive responsibility for an extremely successful property company. His non-executive directorships in the public sector have been in housing, education and health. In the health sector he has been a non-executive director for the Strategic Health Authority and an Acute Trust including a period as Chairman of both. He is currently on the board of Mid Yorkshire Hospital Trust."
