L. Francis (Lynn) Bouchey has been involved with a number of organizations.

Bouchey was an Adjunct Fellow with Frontiers of Freedom (FF) as of 2003. According to the organization's web site, "L. Francis Bouchey holds the Ph.D. in world politics from Catholic University of America, where he has been an adjunct professor specializing in international political economy and comparative political development. From 1977 to 1992 he was President of the Council for Inter-American Security. He has served as a consultant to The U.S. Information Agency, the Agency for International Development, and the Department of Defense. His articles have appeared in National Review, The Wall Street Journal, Strategic Review, Global Affairs and numerous other publications. He is recognized as an authority on Latin America, and the geopolitics of energy and the environment."

In 1998, Bouchey and Myron Ebell represented Frontiers of Freedom on the 1998 Global Climate Science Communications Team, whose leaked memo laid out plans for a climate disinformation campaign.

Bouchey has also reportedly been a member of the Council for National Policy.[1],[2]
