Louise Dell, MA(Int Stud) BIntStud(Hons) BSocSci, "has diverse international and domestic work experience with public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Louise has worked in China, Tibet, Indonesia and Canada. Following her Honours studies Louise was, for 12 months, the Team Leader for an English language training program in Jiaxing, China. Louise speaks basic Mandarin and her roles included training preparation and delivery, examination, reporting and liaison between stakeholders, and working with the local media.

"Louise recently returned from an AYAD posting in Indonesia, where she worked with the Ministry of Education and Training to assist in evaluating and developing teaching material to improve teachers’ and students’ development across all levels of schooling. She speaks basic Bahasa Indonesia.

"Louise has also worked in metropolitan and rural South Australia with the Red Cross, running various training programs young people and Aboriginal communities, visiting detention centres and working with youth.

"As a Project Coordinator at World Wide, Louise is responsible for day-to-day management of project-related activities, including management of existing projects and study tours, as well as undertaking project-specific research for new opportunities, for the mobilisation of consultants and the development of reports."
