Lou Leeburg

"Mr. Louis Leeburg served as the Vice President of Finance at The Fetzer Institute, Inc., from December 1988 to August 1993. Mr. Leeburg is a self-employed Business Consultant. From 1980 to 1988, he was in financial positions with different organizations with an emphasis in investment management. He served as an Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse & Co. until 1980. Mr. Leeburg has been an Independent Director at LightPath Technologies, Inc. since May 1996. He serves as a Director of DarPharma. He is a Member of Financial Foundation Officers Group and the Treasurer and Trustee for the John E. Fetzer Memorial Trust Fund and the John E. Fetzer ILM Trust Fund. He served as a Director and Observer of Cempra Holdings, LLC. Mr. Leeburg received a BS in Accounting from Arizona State University."
