"His Grace (H.G.) Lord William Martin – Duke of Bircham, studied a one-year Physics program at Texas Christian University (1986), earning 2 medals in the US Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC). He earned a 5-year Licentiate Degree in Public Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in Spain (1991), with a 6th year of full-time studies in Cinematography at Taller de Artes Imaginarias. He earned a 5-year Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from European Business School, at its Madrid, Paris and London campuses (1988-1992). He completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Communications from Bircham International University (2002), with 2.5 years of full-time Doctoral studies while writing dissertation. Lord William speaks native Spanish, and is highly fluent in English, with formerly-fluent working French.

"He is a nobiliary Duke of the 12th century dynastic House of Bircham, originating from the namesake town in England, established as Duke by Prince Deric of Bircham under Royal Patronage of the House of Korbat-Paze of Imperial Holy Russia (2016), as recognized by the International Fraternity of Nobles of Titled Houses. He was made a Captain of the Memorial Royal Guard of Spain (Asociación Memorial Reales Tercios), a supplementary honour guard service by veterans from the official Spanish Royal Guard (2003).

"His career in communications, public relations and marketing includes working for many film and television production studios, including as Film Production Assistant for Aries TV 92 Film Productions (1986), Film Promotion Manager for Ibero-Americana Films Madrid (1989), Market Researcher for Publicis Conseil Paris advertising agency (1990), Special Initiatives Producer for Publiespaña of FinInvest Group (1993-1995), and New Projects Development Manager for Canal Plus TV (1995-1996).

"His business administration experience includes working as Executive Assistant for Banesto Bank in London (1991), Marketing Negotiator for the Center of International Studies “CIS” (1998-2001), and Council Member of the Mei Yuan Group in China (since 2014).

"His education management experience includes working as Communication Strategies Manager for European Business School in Madrid (1992), Director of Alternativas de Educacion representing several international schools (1995-1998), and as International Coordinator (2000-2005), later promoted to Vice President (since 2005), of Bircham International University."[1]
