Lois D. Rice of Washington, DC, is a "Guest Scholar in the Economics Studies Program at the Brookings Institution. She is a former Senior Vice President for Government Affairs at the Control Data Corporation and a former Vice President of the College Board (CEEB)."[1]
Rice served as a member of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board during the William Jefferson Clinton Administration (1993-1995).
