Livingstone Ochwada is the deputy director of the Kenya Horticulture Competitiveness Program (KHCP), a five-year program of the U.S. Agency for International Development in Kenya that began in 2010.
- "Livingstone Ochwada has 20 years of experience in horticulture, seven of which were at USAID- KHDP, where he served as the deputy director. He has worked at large-scale flower and vegetable operations in Kenya and Uganda and has extensive experience supporting suppliers for EU codes of practice and supermarket protocols, horticulture production, marketing, smallholder training, technology transfer, good agricultural practices, supply chain management and development of commercial business development services."[1]
