Lisa MacLellan is vice president and director of research at Pacific Research Institute for Public Policy, and was previously manager of the environment unit at the Institute of Economic Affairs in London "where she wrote on issues including climate change, private wildlife conservation, international environmental treaties and trade, fisheries, and property rights."
