Lisa M. Schule

Lisa M. Schule is a Vice President of both the Managing Member and Perseus. Prior to joining Perseus, Ms. Schule was with PECO wholesale trading division, Power Team. In this position, Ms. Schule was responsible for Power Team's internal operations, overseeing strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, marketing and legal affairs. Prior to stepping into a management role at Power Team, Ms. Schule was a member of a PECO transactional team involved in the negotiating and structuring of long-term power contracts. Prior to joining PECO, Ms. Schule was an attorney at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Fox, Bennett & Turner. Ms. Schule serves as an observer to Serveron Nxtphase Corporation, and e-Acumen.

Ms. Schule holds a J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law and B.A. from Amherst College, where she graduated magna cum laude.
