"Linda Scott is a Senior Vice President and Associate Corporate Secretary at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she is responsible for outreach to shareholders on corporate governance matters. She has nearly 20 years experience in global corporate governance, proxy voting and engagement as Managing Director of Governance for Owners, Director of Corporate Governance at TIAA-CREF and Director of Investor Affairs at the New York State Common Retirement Fund. Ms. Scott also served as Assistant Director of Communications for the New York State Comptroller. Ms. Scott is active in New York City civic affairs and serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations."
